By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We sell handmade artificial floral decorations for weddings, parties, anniversaries, event venues and commercial spaces. Product pages describe the product, included components, dimensions, pricing and available options. Because items are handmade, minor variations in color, flower placement and shape may occur. Screen and lighting conditions may also affect color appearance.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Unless expressly stated, product prices do not include international shipping. Because shipping cost depends on final packed dimensions, weight, quantity, destination and delivery method, customers must request and approve an exact shipping quotation before payment. A quotation applies only to the products, quantities, delivery address, shipping terms and validity period stated in it. Once the customer approves the written quotation, Bulomu will not increase the approved shipping charge because of our packing or calculation error. A revised charge applies only when the customer changes the order, delivery address or requested shipping method.
An order is accepted after the product details, applicable shipping charge and payment are confirmed. Card payments are processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. We may verify order information, request additional information, refuse suspicious transactions or cancel and refund an order to prevent fraud or comply with legal and payment-network obligations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the agreed color, flower mix, dimensions, quantity, included stands or accessories and delivery schedule. Custom production may begin after payment, deposit or written approval. Deposits for custom-made items are non-refundable once production starts. Before dispatch, we will provide final photos or video of the completed custom order and key measurements where applicable. One reasonable minor adjustment within the approved design is included before dispatch; a redesign or material change may require additional cost and production time. Minor handmade variations are not defects.
Standard handmade orders normally require 3–7 business days for production and processing before dispatch. Certain products may show a 2–5 business day production estimate on the product page or written quotation. Estimated sea-freight transit to the United States, Canada and Australia is normally 16–25 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance and local carrier and is not a guaranteed arrival date.
When a written quotation is marked DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the quoted delivered price includes the ordinary import customs clearance, duties and taxes stated in that quotation. DDP availability depends on the product and destination. If a quotation is not marked DDP, any destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage fees or import requirements remain the customer's responsibility.
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Eligible returns must be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after the authorized return is received and inspected.
You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You are responsible for checking order specifications, event dates and the delivery address and for informing us promptly of any error.
Website text, images, designs, logos and other content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission. You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, carrier delay, customs action or misuse of a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms and related transactions are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is accepted will apply unless a change is required by law.
