You may request a return of an eligible ready-made item within 14 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can confirm eligibility, issue return authorization and provide the correct return address.
Ready-made items may be returned if they are unused, undamaged, complete, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Proof of purchase is required. Minor variations in color, flower placement and shape are normal characteristics of handmade artificial floral arrangements and are not defects.
Custom-made items are non-refundable for deposits once production starts. After production begins, customized, personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are produced to the customer's approved specifications, except when they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from the approved order details.
Please report verified damage, defects, missing pieces or incorrect items within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the item and packaging, and an unpacking video if available. After review, Bulomu will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair guidance, replacement parts, replacement shipment, partial refund or full refund. For a confirmed Bulomu error, product defect or transit damage covered by this policy, Bulomu will bear the reasonable cost of the approved remedy or replacement shipment.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and secure return packaging for eligible non-defective returns. Bulomu will bear reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when the return is caused by our confirmed error, damage, defect or shipment of an incorrect item. Please retain proof of shipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our confirmed error.
After we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. We do not issue refunds to a different card, bank account or payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
You may request a full cancellation within 48 hours after payment if material preparation or production has not started. Ready-made orders may also be cancelled before processing or dispatch begins. For custom or made-to-order products, any deposit becomes non-refundable once materials have been prepared or production has started. We will confirm the production status and any refundable amount in writing.
