1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bulomu.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Bulomu, operated by Zhengzhou Caowuji Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Products
We sell handmade artificial floral decorations for weddings and events, including flower arches, flower walls, floral pillars, table centerpieces, bridal bouquets and backdrop decorations. Products are made by hand; small variations in colour, placement and shape are normal and are not defects. Product images are for illustration only and may include AI-generated or staged images; actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

4. Custom Orders
Custom specifications (colour palette, size, flower mix, quantity, arrangement style) are confirmed in writing before production begins. You should review the approved specifications carefully, as custom products are produced to your confirmed specifications.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in USD. The final order total consists of the product price plus the shipping charge. Because shipping cost depends on packed carton dimensions, weight, quantity and destination, the exact shipping charge is confirmed with you before payment. Orders are payable at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the Site; payment is processed by our third-party payment providers.
6. Production and Delivery
Standard handmade orders normally require 3–7 business days for production and processing; certain products may have a 2–5 business day production estimate as stated on the product page or quotation. Estimated delivery time is confirmed with your shipping quotation before payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or force majeure.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before production begins and receive a full refund. Once production has started, order cancellation and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and our products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the place where the Company is domiciled.
