1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping to other destinations is available on request.

2. Production Time

Standard handmade orders normally require 3–7 business days for production and processing. Certain products may have a 2–5 business day production estimate as stated on the product page or quotation.

3. Shipping Cost and Confirmation

Shipping cost depends on packed carton dimensions, weight, quantity and destination. We confirm the exact shipping charge and estimated delivery time with you before payment. No shipping amount is charged without your confirmation.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is confirmed with your shipping quotation. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier, destination and customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information by email or WhatsApp where available.

6. Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise confirmed in your quotation.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
