1. Overview
To protect our customers' interests, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery (the "Return Window").
2. 14-Day Free Return and Exchange
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are free of charge, with no restocking or handling fee. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us at postmaster@bulomu.com or WhatsApp +86 186 2152 2386 within the Return Window with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. We will confirm the return instructions within 1–2 business days.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging as far as possible. Items damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
5. Cancellation Before Production
If you cancel an order before production begins, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
